ABOUT ME Hip and knee replacement surgeon
As we age, pain and joint stiffness can make even the simplest activities—such as walking around the block, climbing stairs, or playing with grandchildren—difficult. The mission of my team is to help you regain comfort and independence. I have dedicated years to advanced training in orthopedic surgery, a specialization in hip and knee replacement at Duke, and many years of research on how we can improve outcomes for patients like you.
We bring all of this knowledge together to create a personalized treatment plan designed according to your needs. Whether using the most advanced surgical techniques, state-of-the-art implants, the latest technology, or a careful non-surgical approach, my goal is always the same: to reduce pain, restore mobility, and allow you to return to the activities of your life.
I understand that surgery can be overwhelming. That is why I take the time to listen, explain each option clearly, and support you every step of the way. My promise is to treat you with compassion, use the best available evidence, and help you return to enjoying life as fully as possible.
